A Vision Rooted in Love, Growth, and Purpose
Nova Love is more than a name—it is a legacy of unconditional love, encouragement, and unwavering support.
The term “Nova Love” was one I personally coined during my undergraduate studies. It became a reminder of the incredible love, strength, and care I received from my mother, Nova, through every season of my life. During moments of self-doubt, challenges, victories, and everything in between, “Nova Love” became a source of motivation. It reminded me to keep going, believe in myself, pursue my goals, and persevere until I crossed the finish line.
That unwavering support helped carry me through college, shaped the woman I am today, and continues to inspire me every day.
As I reflected on the impact that kind of love and encouragement had on my own journey, I realized I wanted to create a space where others could experience that same sense of support. That vision became Nova Love.
At Nova Love, my goal is to provide a space where children, teens, adults, and families feel seen, heard, valued, and encouraged. I want every client to know that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Through coaching, mentorship, and genuine connection, I strive to help each person recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move confidently toward the life they envision for themselves.
My hope is that every person who connects with Nova Love leaves feeling more empowered, more confident, and better equipped to heal, grow, and thrive. Hi, I’m Keshia Sellers, the founder of Nova Love, LLC.
As a social worker, coach, and mentor, I created Nova Love to provide a safe and supportive space where children, teens, adults, and families can receive guidance, encouragement, and tools to navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential.
With a background in social work, mental health therapy, counseling, mentorship, and a passion for helping others grow, I believe every person has strengths, purpose, and the ability to create positive change in their life. My approach combines compassion, understanding, and practical strategies to help clients build confidence, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and develop skills for lasting growth.
Nova Love was created from my desire to make meaningful support more accessible and to remind people that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether someone is working through personal goals, family challenges, confidence, emotional wellness, or exploring their creativity, my mission is to meet each person where they are and support them on their journey.
